LEGAL AGREEMENT: The terms and conditions set forth in this document apply to all visitors to BecomeShakespeare.com website, and represent a binding,legal agreement between the author and BecomeShakespeare.com (Wordit Content Design & Editing Services Pvt. Ltd. – owner of BecomeShakespeare.com.

WARRANTIES: The author shall undertake that he/she is the sole proprietor of all content included in the book and shall be liable for action if any material is established objectionable or in violation of copyright law.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Authors expressly agree that the use of the service is at their sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BecomeShakespeare.com clearly denies all warranties of any kind whether articulated or implied.BecomeShakespeare.com makes no warranty that the services will meet the member’s requirements, or the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does BecomeShakespeare.com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained through the service or that faults in the software will be corrected.
Content: When you provide Content to BecomeShakespeare.com, you keep your copyright but you grant that BecomeShakespeare.com will provide a service to post, display, copy, and sell that Content within the limitations you set during the online publishing process. If you include any information that could be used to identify you, such as your personal phone number, e-mail address or a government-issued ID number, (collectively “Personal Data”) in your Content, it will be included with your Content when sold.By including Personal Data in the Content you provide, you authorize, BecomeShakespeare.com to disclose that Personal data as part of the Content.

Does not include malicious code, which includes, without limitation, Viruses, Trojan horses, Worms, Time bombs, Cancel bots, or any other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, secretly interrupt, or expropriate any system, program, data, or personal information (including Personal Data);
Does not break the law, facilitate the breaking of the law, or violate any applicable regulation, rule or policy of BecomeShakespeare.com
Does not offer or publicize fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions, or encourage domain names, URLs, or hyperlinks that constitute commercial content such as that found in advertising, promotions, or solicitations
To the best of your knowledge, all factual information in the Content you upload is true and precise, and the use of any recipe, formula, or instruction in the Content will not result in personal damage to any person. Despite all this, BecomeShakespeare.com cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability or quality of Content.
BecomeShakespeare.com reserves the right to reject to permit your publication on the Site of any Content that, BecomeShakespeare.com, in its sole discretion,deems in violation of the terms and conditions set forth above.In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement,and that the entering into of this Agreement does not conflict with any arrangements or agreements between you and any other person or entity.
Responsibility of content: Authors are exclusively responsible for all the content in their books published by BecomeShakespeare.com. Views expressed by authors in their content are their own views.
BecomeShakespeare.com is not responsible for any such views, language, ideas, comments, statements and content of the same.BecomeShakespeare.com may not review the contents of a Book or other information provided by the authors in any way before they are published. BecomeShakespeare.com does not authenticate, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any books published here.
Authors can be held legally liable for the contents of their books and may be held legally accountable if their books include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the permission of the author or owner.The author agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BecomeShakespeare.com, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising from or in connection with the contents of the member’s book, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
Withdrawal of Content and Termination of Services: Authors can put a takedown request for the books listed for sale anytime. It will take up to 72 working hours for the take down to be effective.
BecomeShakespeare.com reserves all rights to fulfill the orders received in that period. Content may be retained in our archives to the extent required by or back-up systems, or at BecomeShakespeare.com’s discretion, for archival purposes.
Payment terms: The authors would be receiving the amount they have earned (minus any applicable processing cost) though direct transfer to the bank account specified by them or through cheques couriered to them. We may introduce other forms of payment from time which the writers can opt. It is the author’s responsibility to maintain their correct address, bank account numbers and other details required to correctly make the payments to them.If they miss a payment because of inaccuracy of information, BecomeShakespeare.com will not be liable for the losses.
Fees and Payment: For purchasing books and services on BecomeShakespeare.com, the payment forms available on the checkout page or as communicated by BecomeShakespeare.com team would be acceptable.There are recurring fees payable for certain services available on the website. By selecting those services, you agree to pay BecomeShakespeare.com the monthly or annual subscription fees.
Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for the service. Service fees are not refundable.
Copyright: The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. The copying, reproduction, use, amendment or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited, without our express prior written permission.

Right of Refusal:The publisher reserves the right to refuse to print any book if there is reason to believe that the contents of the book may attract legal action or if the content is unfit for publication.
Rights:The author shall continue to own the rights in his/her name and the publisher does not make any claim or restriction on the ownership of the book (contents and cover).
Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be given on books or services purchased through the site.
