ANAGHA RAMAKANT DESAI
A graduate in science, has worked as an analytical chemist for 35 years. Working as an Analytical Chemist, gave her an in-depth view into food and various food processes and enabled her to understand the composition ofspices and flavours better.
Her husband, Ace Indian Cricketer (Late) Mr. Ramakant Desai, was instrumental in exposing her to new cuisines from various parts of the world and learnt to respect them.
This book is an attempt to preserve Desai family recipes and cuisine for the younger generation.
